You've been wondering about me, right? I have been buried in deadline hell — and I'm about to go back into it for another book due mid-July. But I had to stop and tell you that BEHIND THE PALACE WALLS is available and shipping from Amazon and Barnes & Noble right now! It should be in stores in the next few days. It might even be there now, but I've had no time to go look. If you've seen it, let me know!
Thanks to all my wonderful readers for putting this book on the Kindle bestseller list! Always very exciting for me. 🙂 I never take it for granted that a book will make any list, so I'm very happy when they do. And they wouldn't if y'all weren't buying! So thank you.
Next up in the UK is HEARTLESS REBEL, which is Book 5 in the Bad Blood series. That book will be in the US in November as THE MAN WITH THE MONEY (the series will then be called The Notorious Wolfes — Book 1 of that series will be out next month: A NIGHT OF SCANDAL by the fabulous Sarah Morgan).
Right now, I'm working on a new book that will also be part of a series coming out next year! I can't tell you anything about it, but trust me when I say this is an exciting concept!
Hope your summer is going well so far. It's already reaching almost 100 degrees in Alabama this week. I'm staying indoors as much as possible! Except for Saturday when I will venture out to the Heart of Dixie Readers' Luncheon in Huntsville. If you're planning to be there, be sure and stop by to say hello. I'll be hosting my own table, and of course I'll be signing books afterward. I'd love to meet any of my readers!
And if you aren't going to be at the luncheon, I'm still giving you a chance to win a signed copy of THE DEVIL'S HEART. Leave me a comment here on the blog and tell me what your favorite nationality is for a Harlequin Presents hero! I'll also toss in some other goodies: bookmarks, romance novel trading cards, a totebag, and an excerpt book.
We have a winner! The Random Number Generator has chosen Diane! Thanks for entering and please check back for more contests! Diane, please send me your info at lynn AT lynnrayeharris DOT com and I'll get your prize out to you!

@sneha sharma: Hi, Sneha! I love an Italian hero too! I think it’s about time I wrote another one. 😉 My contests are usually open for international fans. It it’s something big, that’s different, but books aren’t difficult to ship. Thanks for stopping by!
So excited about the new book. Ordering it right now. Congratulations on the Kindle record and here’s to even more success in the future!

@Christine: Thank you, Christine! I hope you enjoy it! 🙂
Congrats Lynn,
Good to see that you are gainfully employed. 😀
@Cyn Bagley: LOL! Thanks, Cyn! I’m happy about that too. 🙂
Hi Lynn,
Good to hear all is well by you. As for my favorite nationality for a HP hero would have to be Italian (I’m American born, Italian descent (Naples) while growing up I was always surrounded by Italian men. I married one too (he is blond – northern Italy).
@Diane Spigonardo: Hi, Diane! Oh, how lucky for you to be surrounded by all those Italian men! They do make great heroes. 🙂
😡 I’ve been looking everywhere for your book, Lynn. Grrr! I’ve hit B&N everyday since Monday hunting for it. The odd thing is, they don’t have any new HQNs out yet. Checked out Target too, nothing.
Does this show you how eager I am to get BEHIND THE PALACE WALLS?
I just wanted to say that I absolutely loved your book, Behind the Palace Walls. It was ridiculously romantic without being annoyingly so. I also found it incredibly touching and the last couple chapters made me cry! I love how strong but vulnerable Paige is – reminds me a little of Jane Eyre :). I hardly ever read these types of books but now want your whole collection. I even think that Paige is an amazing example of a woman who allows herself to fall in love but keep her self respect despite the dire circumstances she finds herself in. Very inspiring. If I ever have the good fortune of coming across a man who resembles Alexei in character and looks :), I hope I’ll have the same strength to conduct myself like Paige. Thank you for this wonderful book!!
@Anna from Canada: Hi, Anna! Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving your comment! I really appreciate it. You have certainly made my day, and I’m so pleased you enjoyed the book. I am truly, truly honored. Thank you. 🙂
