Y'all, I cleaned out my office on Saturday — okay, I started cleaning it out (it's going to take a while!) — and I ran across all this swag from conferences and reader luncheons. I don't need it, so I want to give it to you. There are bookmarks, postcards, buttons, gadgets, sample chapters, pens, a lanyard and other miscellaneous goodies. I thought TDH was great. I loved the plot and you captured the feeling of Argentina beautifully. Really want to go there now! To be honest I prefer the American Mills and Boon heroines because they have a lot more fire and courage in them. I am finding the English girls a tad too meek at the moment. Rebecca Layton in your debut book is a perfect example of a strong,passionate and determined woman.

Will do Lynn. I’m pouring over the workshops and trying to figure out which to do but it’s hard to plan with no set time yet. I saw yours. Looks good. Have printed it out in preparation. I’m excited to see Linda Howard’s doing a workshop. I hope I manage to hang onto my very adult coolness but I’m terribly afraid I’ll revert to a teenager’s giddy excitement with so many of my favorite authors around. Soooo excited.

There are so many great workshops available! I went to tons my first year. And got so inspired! Mine is on Saturday at 3:15. I’m excited about Linda’s too. She’s in my chapter, but I’ve never heard this particular workshop from her.
If you can make it to the chat with Nora Roberts, I highly recommend that. I was just in awe listening to her talk. I’ll look forward to meeting you!
