The MNF party was a success, and I was up too late (yes, watching football) and cleaning up. Therefore, no brilliant post at the moment.

Sounds like the MNF part went well. Isn’t it funny the things we do for our husbands? All for love . .
My husband is a big hockey (Red Wings) and college football (Michigan) fan. I am grateful he doesn’t like baseball, because, frankly, I find that sport to be very boring.
We usually hold a Superbowl party for our friends every year. And, because my husband works for a university, we get to see Big Ten games in the stadium on a regular basis. Lots of fun when we have friends with us.
I hope your writing is going well. And sorry I can’t seem to get posts in on the same day. I am really trying to finish a WIP for the GH.

I love this time of year and agonize when it’s over. Let’s hope the Rays can hang in there tonight so we get 2 more nights of baseball.
I didn’t see the end of the game because I had to go to bed. I take it from Kathy that the Titans won? 7-0! Woo hoo! 🙂 Almost guaranteed playoff slot, baby!
It wasn’t pretty for the Colts, but the Titans won. And just let me say, if I wasn’t such a Peyton Manning fan, I’d have been routing for the Titans.
My relatives are die hard Cowboys fans. I just saw the Tampa Bay Bucs playing the other night and had forgotten that they are the “Bucaneers”. When I saw their pirate symbols on their helmets, I nearly came out of chair. Woot!! I’m a Tampa Bay Bucaneer fan now too. 😉
Oh gee, Barbara! Hockey too. *g* My hubby will watch that as well. He’ll watch anything that’s sports related!!

Kathy: I figured since we share a border with TN, and I somehow acquired stadium cushions with their logo, I should root for them. So it’s good they won. 🙂 And you KNOW I want the Phillies to win! Those youngsters on the Rays have plenty of time to win a World Series. Jamie Moyer is less than a month away from his 46th BD!
SP: Yep, the Titans won. I decided to root for them for above reasons. Frivolous, but there it is. *g*
