I’m just melodramatic about the writing–not what’s on the page. ๐
“but it’s a whole book! And it’s so hard! Poor me! I don’t have a plot!”
(One of those statements is true, btw!)

I’m feeling very melodramatic today, PC. Hubby said, “Well, you could always stop writing and get a full time job.” I admit, that made me stop complaining. For a little while anyway…. ๐

Yikes! Those kind of comments do make you think twice, don’t they?
LOVE the quote and the kitty. Thanks for the laugh. I needed it!
Keep writing! ๐

Hi Lynn,
Loved the kitty!
Did anyone enter the Feel the Heat Comp?
What are you up to with your writing Lynn? I am desperately trying to catch up on the blogs lol are you revising?
I was also wondering about your friend who, if memory serves (and it doesn’t always so sorry if this is wrong!) had a book accepted after the comp? Or had her work looked at? How’s she going?
May you never have to get a full time job ๐

Just want to slip in here and say Happy Birthday…
There has been a lot of drama here (twisted knee, ankle, and dental surgery)… I should write a book about it.

Hi Cynthia!
Wow you’re all in the wars! I hope you’re not the one having dental surgery that doesn’t sound found. Bad things come in threes though so you must be due to win the lotto now ๐

Hi, Kathy! Yes, statements like that will motivate the complaining writer to write and be quiet. *g*
Hi, Nikki! Thanks for popping in! My Modern Heat friend is PC, aka Kimberly Lang, up at the top of this thread. She just turned in her second book. Her first will be an April release here, Jan in the UK. You can visit her at http://www.booksbykimberly.com. And trust me, if you like your books sexy and sassy, you will LOVE hers!

CYN!!!! I have been wondering about you, girlfriend! You haven’t been updating your blog at all. Hugs on the surgeries and things. Hope all is well!!!!
Thanks for the birthday wishes! Hard to believe another one is here, huh? And I missed yours, didn’t I? Sorry. I was returning from SF, sick, and trying to write a book on deadline. Happy Belated Birthday!

Nikki, I forgot to answer the part where you asked about me. I was so excited to tell you about Kimberly’s book that I forgot. LOL! (I hope she gets as excited about mine when the time comes.) *g*
I’m revising. Almost finished. I really, really want to work on another story now! ๐
