I'll be back on Monday! It's my birthday weekend, and it's also my grandma's funeral. Much to do over the next couple of days! Grandma was a kick in the pants, let me tell you. I'll post more about her later, but it was her time and we'd been expecting it. She passed almost 24 years to the day that my other grandmother died. Once more, the family gathers to bury a loved one and tell stories. And believe me, in this family, the stories are the kind of Southern stuff you just can't believe happens to people.

I haven’t been around and am catching up. I’m sorry to learn of the loss of your grandmother, but I also know about it being the right time for her. Enjoy sharing the memories and the time with family members still with you. Strengthen those bonds to build more memories.
